Job summary

Amazon's AWS Legal Department is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to support AWS product development teams. You will work as lead counsel to develop AI-related products and services, collaborating with policy, privacy, marketing and go-to-market teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-bar admission legal experience
• Juris Doctor and state bar membership or equivalent
• Experience managing multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication

Responsibilities

• Identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies
• Advising on regulatory issues including privacy-related matters
• Overseeing compliance, negotiating technology agreements and informing business strategy
