Job summary

Roche Holding AG in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to act as a strategic legal partner for Roche Information Solutions and beyond, focusing on data, digital and privacy with an emphasis on AI.

You will draft and negotiate IT licenses and R&D agreements, guide global data privacy efforts, and coach teams on evolving IT and AI regulations across Roche Diagnostics and Roche Pharma.

Qualifications

• University law degree and bar admission to practice law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multinational legal departments or international law firms.
• Expertise in digital, AI, IT and IP law, including contract drafting and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal guidance on data privacy, AI, and software licensing.
• Draft and negotiate complex IT and data-related agreements.
• Lead legal coordination for digital and IT projects across Roche.
