Job summary

Emerald AI is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support a broad range of legal matters across the company. You will partner with business, product, engineering, and leadership to provide timely, practical legal guidance while helping the company move quickly and responsibly.

This highly cross-functional role embeds within the business. You’ll lead commercial transactions spanning customer, vendor, partnership, data center, and energy-related agreements, and you’ll help build scalable

Qualifications

JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
6–10 years of legal experience with a mix of law firm and in-house experience.
Extensive drafting, negotiating, and structuring of commercial agreements.
Hands-on experience with data center transactions or related ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and partnership agreements.
Develop templates and playbooks to streamline contracting.
Advise on product, data usage, privacy, and IP matters.
Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and product teams to manage legal risk.
Support corporate governance, entity management, and internal policies.
Help build scalable internal legal processes.
