Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction required.
• 6–10 years of legal experience with strong mix of law firm and in-house.
• Deep experience drafting, negotiating, and structuring commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and partnership agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements across data center and energy ecosystem (SaaS, utility, interconnection).
• Develop templates and playbooks to streamline contracting processes.
• Advise on product, data usage, privacy, and IP matters.
• Partner with engineering, commercial, and product teams to identify and manage legal risks.
• Identify legal and regulatory considerations relevant to commercial transactions and operations.
• Assist with corporate governance, entity management, and internal policies.
• Help build internal legal processes to improve speed and consistency.
• Report to Head of Legal and Policy.
