Aufgaben

• Advise on advertising, marketing, promotions, product labeling and regulatory compliance matters.
• Review consumer-facing materials across traditional, digital, social media, influencer, and e-commerce channels; assess legal risk and provide guidance.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including NDAs, purchasing, professional services, sponsorship, licensing, SaaS, and technology agreements.
• Provide legal support on corporate matters and transactions.
• Manage projects involving data privacy and other compliance matters.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Support cross-functional projects based on business needs.
