Job summary

Dragados in Atlanta, GA seeks a contracts attorney to review and negotiate agreements, identify legal risks, and advise stakeholders across finance, tax, treasury and insurance. You will support pre-bid and bid phases, draft and negotiate corporate and divisional agreements, and provide timely legal guidance aligned with the company’s values and strategic plan.

• Reviews contract documents to identify and analyze legal risk related to a project or company.
• Reports legal risk and mitigation strategies to a corporate function leader or divisional management.
• Conducts contract reviews for pre-bid and bid phases of the divisions pursuits.
• Drafts and negotiates agreements regarding company corporate functions or divisional business needs.
• Advises relevant stakeholders of potential disputes and recommends mitigation strategies.
• Reviews and supports submission requirements for all divisional Request for Proposals (RFP).
• Works closely with functional business units including finance, tax, treasury, insurance and other teams to provide accurate and timely legal guidance.
• Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
