Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to advise and lead its Enhanced Protection Services division and executive team in the United States. The role focuses on government contract strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk management across commercial and government matters.

The candidate will supervise legal staff, partner with business leaders to address issues early, and provide practical, high-quality legal solutions to support strategic initiatives.
