Job summary

Novara is seeking a senior corporate counsel to build the corporate legal function in the United States. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and define key processes to lead the legal department's strategy.

You will report directly to the CFO and collaborate with stakeholders to drive scalable growth through risk management and innovative contracting practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial law and software licensing.
• Expertise in professional service arrangements and intellectual property.
• Knowledge of business development, distribution, and marketing arrangements.
• Solid understanding of privacy law.
• Experience with contract and business processes, employment law, procurement, patents, insurance, and corporate finance and governance.
