Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to own the company’s accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, process improvements, and acquisition integration. This hands-on leadership role partners with Finance, Operations, and executive leadership to scale processes for growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of accounting, a CPA, and strong leadership in fast-paced environments, with experience in IT services, technology, or SaaS a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people-management responsibilities.
• CPA designation required.
• Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Combination of public accounting and corporate/industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with IT services, technology, SaaS, consulting, or managed services is favorable.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Oversee entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting with GAAP compliance.
• Lead technical accounting matters and coordinate audits.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Lead acquisition integration and accounting process alignment.
