Thompson Fabrication is seeking a Corporate Controller in Pennsylvania to lead the Finance Department, oversee GAAP-compliant financial reporting, and drive operational finance across the organization. The role reports to the CEO and requires strategic leadership across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing, ERP implementation, and a CPA/CGMA or MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting responsibilities.
• Experience in PE-backed manufacturing environments preferred.
• ERP implementation and administration experience is highly valued.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel; Avalara or similar sales tax tools a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee complete accounting and sub accounting cost analysis for all product lines.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close process.
