Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Financial Controller to build and own the finance function for a 40-person manufacturing operation in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will lead close processes, reporting, cost accounting, and tax coordination while reporting directly to the CEO in a high-autonomy role with a clear path to CFO as the company scales under PE ownership.

Qualificações

• B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.
• Cost accounting depth in manufacturing, especially food & beverage.

Responsabilidades

• Stand up the finance function: close process, reporting cadence, KPIs, cost accounting structure.
• Drive the financial planning for the company with performance and risk analyses.
• Monthly close, weekly flash reports for ownership, quarterly MD&A and board packs.
• Quarterly covenant compliance reporting (simple term loan).
• Annual operating plan and budgets with department heads.
• Oversee AR, AP, payroll; manage bookkeeper/AP and outsourced auditors/tax firms.
• Oversee audits and internal controls.
• Tax coordination with outside counsel (federal/state/local).
• Lead IT/ERP assessment and upgrade planning (Sage).
• Banking, treasury, and insurance relationship management.
