Faulconer Energy, LLC. in Tyler, Texas seeks a Corporate Controller to lead the accounting function, partner with executive leadership, and drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role oversees revenue, JIB, AP, and the budgeting process, with a focus on process improvements and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in oil and gas accounting, strong leadership, and expertise in financial modeling and BI reporting using ERP systems such as PakEnergy and Power BI.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required with Master’s in Accounting strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis including budgeting and forecasting; acquisition analysis is a plus.
• Demonstrated supervisory and coaching experience with the ability to lead teams.

Mansioni

• Lead month-end close for operations, including revenue and cost accounts, margin analysis and reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable, payment application and collections for accuracy and timeliness.
• Direct JIB and Revenue at a detailed level through first-line leadership.
• Prepare financial statements and analyses with variance reporting for executives.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning with dynamic models.
• Evaluate acquisitions and capital investments, including valuations and purchase price accounting.
• Develop BI dashboards integrating ERP data to track KPIs.
• Review processes and implement improvements to internal controls.
• Lead annual audit coordination and lender reporting.
• Recruit and develop accounting team; communicate results to non-financial stakeholders.
