The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in accounting and at least 5 years in a Controller or Office Manager role, with QuickBooks or Sage and advanced Excel skills. DOT regulatory knowledge and English/Spanish bilingualism are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller or Office Manager role.
• Prior experience in oil & gas services strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of DOT transportation and pipeline regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
