Job summary

Moody's Analytics is seeking an experienced leader to drive internal and executive communications across a global, hybrid workforce. You will own messaging, editorial calendars, and cadence for high-visibility employee and leadership communications.

You will craft executive-level messaging, coordinate town halls and leadership communications, and partner with senior leaders to align on strategy, priorities, and organizational changes.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in internal and/or executive communications, ideally supporting a senior leadership team in a large or matrixed organization.
• Experience ghostwriting for senior executives and managing confidential topics.

Responsibilities

• Leads internal and executive communications for Moody's Analytics, shaping messaging that keeps key stakeholders aligned with business strategy and priorities.
• Own the internal and executive communications strategy, including editorial calendar, messaging priorities, and cadence of high-visibility communications.
• Draft and manage leadership communications for senior Moody's Analytics executives, including town halls and leadership messages.
