Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a seasoned Healthcare Relationship Manager for remote Tennessee. You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, serve as the primary contact for C-suite executives, and tailor financial solutions leveraging market insights.

You will drive growth, partner with product teams to cross-sell treasury, credit, and investment banking services, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong risk oversight and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate banking with a proven track record of relationship management and portfolio growth.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment.
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, credit analysis, and strategic advisory.
• FINRA 6, 63 and 79 required within xx days.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as the primary contact for C-suite executives and decision-makers.
• Develop customized financial solutions based on client needs, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
• Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and deepening relationships within the existing client base.
• Partner with internal teams to cross-sell products such as treasury management, credit, and investment banking services.
• Work closely with credit teams to structure, underwrite, and monitor deals, ensuring strong credit quality and compliance.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates, providing guidance on technical skills, client management, and professional growth.
• Maintain high levels of client engagement through regular reviews to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Lead client pitches, negotiations, and presentations to secure new business and expand relationships.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and internal policies.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture within Corporate Banking.
