Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
• 10+ years in commercial lending, C&I banking, relationship management, or credit underwriting.
• Proven track record developing and managing significant commercial banking relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow analysis.
• Experience presenting complex credit transactions to senior credit officers and loan committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial relationships including privately held businesses and professional services.
• Prospect for new opportunities through networks, referrals, and targeted calling.
• Grow loan, deposit, treasury management, and fee income aligned with strategic goals.
