Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate law, with focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities.

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal advice to corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, and related matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda.
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.

Education

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
