Innovative Driven, based in Summit, New Jersey, seeks a Senior Corporate Attorney to join a boutique firm with nationwide client service. The role involves handling complex commercial matters in a supportive, sophisticated environment.

The firm emphasizes a balanced hybrid schedule (three days onsite in Summit, two days remote) and offers a competitive compensation package including a generous bonus structure, 401(k) with company match up to 4%, health, dental, and vision insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in NY and/or NJ; willingness to waive into the other within one year.
• 7+ years of commercial contracts and corporate law experience.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (MSA, SOW, vendor/supplier, consulting, NDA, licensing).
• Counsel clients on contract interpretation, risk assessment, and allocation of legal and business risks (indemnification, liability, warranties, termination, data privacy & security, IP).
• Oversee contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal and termination to align with business objectives and legal requirements.
