Innovative Driven, based in Summit, New Jersey, seeks an Associate Litigation Attorney to join a boutique firm with a strong, sophisticated practice. This role offers a hybrid schedule—three days onsite in Summit and two days remote each week—without a billable hour requirement, and compelling opportunities to handle complex matters.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to commercial, employment, or complex business disputes.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey; New York admission is a plus.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, research, and oral advocacy abilities.
• Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and client communications.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Counsel businesses and individuals through disputes in state and federal courts, arbitration, and admin proceedings.
• Represent clients in complex shareholder, member, and partnership disputes.
• Navigate litigation arising from data breaches, privacy concerns, and technology-related claims.
• Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs; depositions; motions; support mediations, hearings, trials.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to case strategy.
