Base pay range

$250,000.00/yr - $325,000.00/yr

One of Chicago's most prominent mid-sized firms is seeking a new corporate attorney to join their growing practice:

- The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of corporate legal experience

- The candidate will work on mergers and acquisition, securities offerings, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and general contract drafting

- Clients range from mid-sized companies to large national and global companies

- The firm offers significant support for growing a corporate practice long-term, a hybrid setup, and compensation target between $275-325k (comp can be higher or lower depending upon experience)
