Fenwick & West seeks a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for our Bay Area, Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Boston offices. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm and must be an active Bar member in the jurisdiction in which they work.

Superior academics and strong communication skills are required; tech and life sciences exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Bar member in the jurisdiction where they work
• Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is a plus
