Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-to-senior level corporate associate for its Santa Monica, CA office, with at least three years in a sophisticated corporate practice focusing on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation.

You will represent startups and growth companies in corporate matters, advise on venture capital transactions, engage in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets work, and collaborate with technology and life sciences clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant corporate law experience.
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies.
• M&A and/or capital markets experience is a plus.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Barred in the jurisdiction or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
