The Transaction Management Team is primarily responsible for the evaluation, execution and oversight of all aspects of the reconciliation process between Brown Advisory and its custodian banks. The team works closely with other operational groups to ensure the firm’s books and records are accurately reconciled for daily trading and reporting needs. The role also includes handling both voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, including researching event details, interpreting terms, and accurately setting up and processing events within the firm’s platform.
A successful candidate will be a proven self-starter with an owner/operator mentality who must bring strong accountability, knowledge and detail‑orientation to the organization. Ideal candidates demonstrate the ability to independently identify risk areas and streamline processes through improved controls and innovation.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (e.g., H-1B , O-1, F-1 (OPT), TN, or any other non‑immigrant visa classifications that require employer support or sponsorship).
MD Salary: $75 - 85k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
