Job summary

PIMCO is seeking a technically adept Corporate Actions Senior Associate to manage end-to-end corporate action events and drive data governance and automation. You will work across Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, and IMS Operations to ensure accurate processing and robust controls.

The role emphasizes data pipelines, API integrations, and leveraging AI to improve efficiency and risk management. A Bachelor's degree and several years in investment operations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in corporate actions and full asset servicing lifecycle for global assets.
• 3–7 years in financial services/investment management operations or trade support.
• Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes and fixed income fundamentals.
• Experience with API integrations and data feeds; use of AI to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of corporate actions and related events (mandatory/voluntary actions, amendments, proxies, etc.).
• Lead design and maintenance of data pipelines for corporate actions data from multiple sources; ensure cleansing, normalization and data quality.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Credit Research, Legal & Compliance, Account Management, and IMS Operations teams.
• Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance data management, technology connectivity, and operational effectiveness.
