Qualifications

• Proficient with general ledger systems and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise month-end closing activities and guide accounting staff.
• Review and approve journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee resolution of accounting discrepancies and issues.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements through proper closing steps.
• Oversee staff and ensure closing checklists are used and updated.
• Maintain compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Develop internal controls over financial reporting processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and address accounting matters.
