This role collaborates with finance and business teams and will evolve into a leadership position as the team expands. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills, with ERP experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting + industry a plus).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting required.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial results and prepare detailed account reconciliations.
• Assist with technical accounting research and new accounting standards.
• Partner with auditors during external and internal audits.
• Support internal controls, compliance, and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, tax, and operations teams.
• Contribute to special projects and scalable accounting processes as the firm grows.
