Job summary

Lucent Health is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to support the Corporate Finance team with month-end close, reporting, and special projects. You will work closely with the Manager of Corporate Accounting and gain direct exposure to the C-suite.

The role emphasizes automation, accuracy, and independence, with collaboration across departments to drive improvements and efficiency in financial processes.

Qualifications

• Public accounting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly internal and external financial reporting packages.
• Assist with annual financial statement preparation, audit, and other compliance requirements.
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Analyze underlying data to catch discrepancies, trends, and anomalies.
• Improve and automate processes where possible, leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency.
