Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to manage monthly close activities across multiple subsidiaries, including consolidations, intercompany balances, and financial reporting, with hands-on responsibility for fixed assets and audit support.

You will partner with corporate and subsidiary accounting teams and leverage automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Query, Copilot, Python, and SQL to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 2-3 years of public accounting experience with a large public accounting firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with BlackLine, Oracle, or Hyperion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, roll-forwards, and fluctuation analyses.
• Assist with financial consolidations, intercompany balance resolution, and subsidiary reporting reviews.
• Maintain corporate fixed asset records and support accounting research for new transactions.
• Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and audit documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve close processes, reporting efficiency, and automation initiatives.
