Job summary

CFS in Greater Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Accountant for a newly created, multi-entity role with hybrid/remote options. You must reside within commuting distance and be onsite every Wednesday.

You will manage GL activities, month-end close, multi-entity consolidations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit prep; analyze bank reconciliations and balance sheet accounts; and partner with Finance leadership to improve reporting accuracy and accounting procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in a multi-entity environment is required.
• CPA designation preferred.
• NetSuite or SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Support multi-entity consolidations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit preparation.
• Review accounts receivable and accounts payable activity while resolving discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• Analyze bank reconciliations, inventory, accruals, and other key balance sheet accounts.
• Partner with Finance leadership to enhance reporting accuracy and accounting procedures.

Target Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000

Location: Greater Orlando, FL (Hybrid/Remote)
