  • Execute and document key internal controls related to the close and consolidation process, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
  • Support external audit activities by preparing schedules, responding to audit requests, and assisting with supporting documentation for corporate and consolidated reporting areas.
  • Partner with FP&A to analyze consolidated financial results, investigate variances to budget and forecast, and support management reporting requirements.
  • Assist Treasury with preparation of financial information required for lender reporting, credit agreements, and bank audits.
  • Prepare complex journal entries and supporting schedules related to corporate accounting activities, including equity accounting, allocations, and consolidation adjustments.
  • Identify opportunities for broader process improvement and automation within the close and reporting cycle, leveraging SAP, AI, and other financial technology and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with accounting team members to promote consistency in processes, documentation, technology adoption, and best practices across the organization.
