Job summary

Solugenix is assisting a client in their search for a Corporate Access Specialist, a 12-month contract role based out of New York, NY on-site. The candidate will bring deep Corporate Access experience and strong stakeholder management to build relationships with corporate management teams, Investor Relations, and sell-side partners.

The role requires 5–8+ years of direct experience in relevant fields, with a Bachelor’s degree and optional CFA/MBA or related certifications.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of direct experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, institutional sales, equity research, investment banking, or another client-facing role within financial services.
• Direct experience working with public company management teams and Investor Relations professionals strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, public companies, and the investment research process.
• Knowledge or experience within Industrials, small cap or related sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with corporate management teams, Investor Relations, sell-side partners, industry experts, and third-party providers.
• Serve as a trusted representative with CEOs, CFOs, Investor Relations teams, and senior leaders.
• Proactively identify and cultivate new relationship opportunities aligned with investment priorities.
• Educate external stakeholders on the client’s long-term investment philosophy and research process to strengthen engagement.
