Qualifications

• 6+ years in software/core platform engineering in high-performance environments.
• Experience delivering internal tooling or shared platforms focused on user needs.
• Strong Python; knowledge of C++, Java, or C# a plus.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infra.
• Experience with generative AI integration and LLMs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal core platform services (auth, permissions, UI frameworks, data access).
• Partner with PMs, operations, risk, and other teams to prioritize features.
• Own core components of the application stack including orchestration, observability, and deployment pipelines.
• Define standards for architecture, patterns, and onboarding for internal teams.
• Drive reusable frameworks to reduce development time and ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with infra, data, and security teams for resilience and security.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in development and ops.
• Design and integrate generative AI workflows and LLM-powered services.
