Job summary

Capital Group in Charlotte is seeking a Core Operations ADAPT Senior Associate to support accurate NAVs, distributions, expenses, and trade- and data-driven outputs. You will prepare and review daily tasks, maintain controls, resolve issues with urgency, and align with operational excellence and client outcomes.

You will build expertise across ADAPT's operating model, collaborate with partners, and help drive process improvements, knowledge management, and data quality in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a relevant field; CPA license is a bonus.
• Public accounting experience is preferred but not required.
• Foundational knowledge of mutual funds, investment vehicles, post-trade operations, fund accounting, and NAV production is important.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting responsibilities: daily NAV calculation, income distribution, expense processing, trade accounting, and third‑party provider oversight.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or supporting operational outputs in a deadline-driven environment with focus on accuracy and risk mitigation.
• Ability to work with systems, data, procedures, and controls; identify opportunities to simplify work and strengthen documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; assess root causes and communicate clearly with partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily and periodic NAV-related tasks; maintain strong controls and resolve issues with urgency.
• Support outcomes tied to operational excellence, client outcomes, simplification, and scale.
• Contribute to process improvement, knowledge management, and data quality; oversee outsourced providers as needed.
• Build expertise across ADAPT operating model; communicate clearly with partners and leaders; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
