Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• An associate degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Networking, or related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CCNA/NRS-I/JNCIA or CCNP/NRS-II/JNCIP are advantageous.
• Experience with IP/MPLS routers and switches across major vendors is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee updates and patching of network components to maintain security.
• Test and validate high availability of services with minimal downtime.
• Secure configurations and back up device configurations regularly.
• Provide expert support for incident resolution and network optimization.
• Configure and manage core IP/MPLS routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support LAN/WAN, MPLS, Carrier Ethernet, and data/IP networks.
