Job summary

ECI is seeking an experienced Network Architect to design and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructures. You will support clients worldwide, troubleshoot complex Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet environments, and lead escalation responses to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in networking, CCNP, and strong routing/switching skills with Cisco Nexus, BGP/OSPF, plus public cloud experience. Collaboration and documentation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with exposure in product organizations
• CCNP or higher certification preferred (CCIE a plus)
• Advanced routing and switching expertise with Cisco Nexus, BGP and OSPF
• Public cloud experience across AWS/GCP/Azure
• Palo Alto firewall expertise with GlobalProtect and related features
• FortiGate and Cisco FTD experience is desirable
• Experience with Cisco traditional and SD-WAN routers, Catalyst and Nexus switches
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN and wireless network infrastructure.
• Provide global client support and rapid issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues across Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve cases needing specialized knowledge.
• Serve as escalation point for critical network incidents and drive resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in design and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and PoC opportunities aligned with business needs.
• Engage with clients to understand network requirements and engineer tailored solutions.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, configurations, and policies.
