Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive architecture for business applications and core banking systems. You will collaborate with product owners, shape strategic tech direction, and ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise principles.

You will mentor teams, lead architecture governance, and contribute to AI-enabled innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance within a modernized technology stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Management, or related field, plus more than five years in architecture or IT leadership within highly regulated industries.
• Experience with modern languages and architectures across multiple technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure robust architectural runway across product lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance on initiatives and select appropriate technologies.
• Translate requirements into architectural solutions aligned with enterprise vision.
• Create roadmaps for products and technologies and define standards.
