Job summary

Storage Solutions Inc. is seeking a Sr. Financial Accounting Analyst to own core accounting areas outside O2C and P2P, including inventory, fixed assets, accruals, payroll, and month-end close.

The role reports to the North America Controller and supports regional and group reporting for NA businesses in a multinational environment. Responsibilities include ensuring balance sheet integrity, accurate expense recognition, and timely close, with a focus on IFRS compliance and robust audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA designation preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with inventory, fixed assets, and close.
• IFRS accounting knowledge.
• ERP systems proficiency and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory accounting, including valuation, reserves, and reconciliation of related GL accounts.
• Maintain fixed asset accounting: capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and retirements.
• Post monthly accruals and provisions; reconcile accruals and balances.
• Prepare vendor payment run proposals and ensure accuracy before approvals.
• Support month-end and year-end close and group reporting; ensure timely posting.
• Maintain documentation for audits; identify control gaps and implement improvements.
• Perform account/variance analysis and support process improvements; utilize Power BI for insights.
