Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a gospel-centered, strategic Senior Copywriter to own and evolve the voice of LifeWise marketing. You’ll translate strategy into clear, human messaging across advertising, digital marketing, social media, email, web, print, video and other channels.

You'll write everything from campaign headlines to multi-email journeys and scale messaging with AI. As LifeWise grows, you'll help build messaging systems, become an audience expert and develop AI-powered tools that help

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional copywriting, marketing or related experience.
• A portfolio of marketing copy across multiple audiences, formats and channels.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with clarity and persuasion.
• Ability to translate strategy and insights into compelling concepts and copy.
• Experience across digital channels (email, web, social, advertising).
• Ability to shift voice by audience, channel and action.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and prompting to accelerate copy.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually evolve LifeWise marketing voice, tone and messaging conventions.
• Translate strategy into clear, persuasive messaging that motivates action.
• Develop concepts, headlines, messaging frameworks and creative approaches for campaigns.
• Establish and maintain voice guidelines, terminology and examples.
• Experiment with messaging and refine based on audience response and performance.
• Serve as a strategic messaging partner to marketing leadership and teams.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and other creatives to align copy with visuals.
• Manage multiple projects, campaigns and deadlines while maintaining high quality.
