Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience with a portfolio showing multi-channel campaigns and strategic depth.
• Strong knowledge of advertising fundamentals, brand development, and storytelling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to defend creative choices.

Responsibilities

• Concept, write and create strong copy that resonates with social audiences and delivers high creative complexity.
• Understand brand identity and ensure a holistic brand experience across channels.
• Be a creative spokesperson and defend the work to clients and internal teams.
• Support the team with new business by outlining and writing pitch decks.
• Contribute high-level thinking to shape the direction of projects from inception to delivery.
• Master brand voice and maintain agency standards under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with large teams across departments to ensure cohesive final products.
• Leverage AI to generate campaign concepts and diverse variations for testing.
