Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or internal brand team.
• Proven track record of creating breakthrough social media content.
• Able to be authentically native on social platforms via short-form video, motion graphics, and trending formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day creative output, partnering with copywriters and art directors to concept and create campaigns and social formats.
• Delegate tasks effectively, provide constructive feedback and foster growth.
• Own and protect the social voice, ensuring consistency and cultural relevance across posts and captions.
• Write and ideate hands-on, balancing leadership with hands-on work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and defend creative directions.
• Manage the transition from concept to final craft across multiple workstreams.
• Spot opportunities to pitch new formats and buzzy ideas to clients.
• Mentor junior team members, inspiring and developing creative thinkers.
• Maintain positive vibes with the team and clients.
