Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience with a portfolio showing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to defend creative choices.
• Deep understanding of advertising fundamentals including brand development and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Concept, write and create strong, compelling copy that resonates with target audiences and achieves strategic depth.
• Understand brand identity and ensure the verbal and visual executions form a cohesive experience.
• Present and defend creative work to stakeholders with clear rationale.
• Outline and contribute to pitch decks for new business opportunities.
• Shape the direction of creative projects from inception to final delivery.
• Maintain the agency's brand voice and quality under tight deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt ideas across channels.
• Leverage AI tools to generate diverse concepts and long-form content when appropriate.
• Identify trending cultural moments and translate them into native social content.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and feedback.
