Critical Mass in Indianapolis seeks a passionate copywriter embedded with Delta’s brand team to craft engaging, SEO-friendly content across channels. You will align messaging with brand voice, industry standards, and product positioning.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and channel teams, manage multiple projects to tight deadlines, and contribute to content strategy and governance. A strong portfolio and excellent editing skills are required; occasional travel may be needed.

Formación

• 5-7 years of content marketing or copywriting experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading with strong brand voice.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with channel marketing, product management, and Delta internal departments to identify needs and goals for copy and messaging.
• Develop innovative and effective written communications in accordance with strategy and guidelines.
• Support a market-driven brand strategy and manage project priorities, timelines, and resources.
• Edit and proofread to ensure high editorial standards across all outputs.
• Develop copy with SEO-centered approach for various media and applications.
• Create comprehensive guides to ensure consistent communication across channels.
• Craft messages that highlight product advantages and oversee new product naming while protecting trademarks.
• Coordinate with legal to ensure content compliance and approvals before publication.
