Job summary

Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is seeking a senior Copywriter to develop and maintain our brand voice, messaging standards, and content quality across consumer acquisition, education, and internal communications. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that meet objectives and comply with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional copywriting, brand communications, or content strategy.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling skills with portfolio.
• Direct-response marketing experience focused on consumer acquisition and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Lakeview’s brand voice, messaging standards, and content quality.
• Collaborate with marketing channel owners to produce copy for multichannel campaigns.
• Translate mortgage products and objectives into clear, persuasive communications.
• Review audience insights and A/B testing to refine messaging.
• Create customer education content, FAQs, lifecycle messaging.
• Support executive communications and enterprise announcements.
• Work with Video Content Producer on scripts and multimedia concepts.
• Apply SEO and GEO best practices to improve visibility.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliant disclosures.
• Contribute to content strategies and storytelling opportunities.
