Job summary

YETI is seeking a Senior Copywriter to shape the brand voice across digital, retail, packaging, and PR. You will collaborate with the creative team, develop bold concepts, and deliver polished copy for campaigns, emails, ads, and product materials.

You’ll lead projects, influence stakeholders, and ensure copy aligns with the brand across channels. Must be able to work from the Austin, TX office Monday through Thursday, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in an advertising agency or in-house creative role.
• Strong portfolio across channels.
• Ability to lead projects and guide development across channels.
• Experience with consumer product brands preferred.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
• Influence stakeholders to gain alignment on ideas.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Willing to work from YETI’s Austin, TX office Mon–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to determine copy direction.
• Brainstorm, concept, collaborate, compress, and present marketing work with measurable results.
• Create strategic assets for packaging, digital marketing, retail displays, and video content.
• Translate briefs into engaging copy concepts.
• Steward the YETI brand across all creative work.
• Work within budgets and tight deadlines across multiple projects.
• Stay up to date on branding and advertising trends.
