Job summary

Mathys+Potestio / The Creative Party® is seeking a Contract Copywriter for on-site work in Austin, TX. This 3-month W-2 contract requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, focused on crafting brand-aligned copy across multiple marketing channels.

You will translate briefs into compelling concepts, collaborate with a fast-paced creative team, and manage diverse content—from packaging to emails, websites, banners, social, and video—while maintaining brand voice and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advertising agency or in-house copywriting role.
• Experience with digital marketing and advertising.
• Strong ability to learn and apply brand voice across various channels.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative team members to develop conceptual and copy direction for branding, marketing, and advertising initiatives.
• Brainstorm, develop, and present innovative marketing and advertising concepts that drive engagement and measurable results.
• Create strategic marketing content for a variety of channels, including: Product packaging, Email marketing, Website content and digital banners, Digital experiences, Social media assets, Retail displays, Internal sales communications, Video content.
• Translate creative briefs and strategic objectives into effective copy concepts.
• Present ideas clearly and persuasively to gain stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Contribute effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
