UCLA Health is seeking a Senior Copywriter to shape the brand voice and craft campaigns that build awareness and loyalty. You will report to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy and Creative within Marketing and partner with an Art Director while coordinating with leaders across the enterprise.

The role requires five+ years of strategic and creative leadership, a track record of delivering across media, and the ability to mentor staff.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years leading brand creative with proven results.
• Ability to unite diverse internal and external stakeholders around a strategic vision.
• Hands-on creative experience across digital, print, TV, out-of-home and experiential media.
• Ability to mentor and support less senior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead brand copy and craft influential marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with an art director and cross-functional teams across Marketing and enterprise.
• Set departmental goals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Apply advertising expertise to analyze and resolve complex challenges.
• Support UCLA Health’s growth through patient acquisition and recruitment efforts.
