You are:

We are searching for a Senior Copywriter passionate about their craft and eager to impact our work. This individual is experienced across multiple media—from interactive to brand campaigns and digital content—and has worked with various clients, tones, and voice styles to ensure exceptional results. The role requires confidence as an individual contributor, readiness to take leadership when needed, and a collaborative spirit to deliver the best concepts and solutions. An ideal candidate has a substantial portfolio of published work and professional writing experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can adapt to different styles easily.

The work:

  1. Write compelling and creative copy for various platforms and lengths across the funnel—from big idea campaigns and TV spots to long-form content like eBooks and social media ads
  2. Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  3. Present and defend concepts and copy confidently in internal and client meetings
  4. Deliver assignments on time while maintaining Accenture Song quality standards
  5. Proficiently follow copy style guidelines
  6. Understand and value the importance of strategy
  7. Manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail
  8. Handle all facets of production and post-production with minimal supervision
  9. Lead and own work, developing disruptive ideas with minimal oversight
  10. Mentor junior copywriters and uphold quality standards in all deliverables

Basic Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of copywriting experience (B2B or B2C)
  2. Minimum 2 years agency or equivalent industry experience in the creative field across all media, including digital, social, film, longform content, and print
  3. A portfolio demonstrating strategic, disruptive, and brand-building concepts across multiple platforms

Bonus points if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, journalism, advertising, marketing, or English
  • Excellent presentation/public speaking skills
  • A clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising
  • Natural storytelling skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
  • Expertise in strategic brainstorming and campaign development
  • Experience using GenAI in workflows
  • Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry clients
  • Experience in scaled AOR engagements
  • Portfolio with award-winning, industry-recognized work (OneShow, D&AD, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC)
  • Fluency in social media platforms and trends
