Mar 19, 2025 - Wpromote is hiring a remote Senior Copywriter. Salary: $95,000 - $115,000. Location: USA.

The Role

Wpromote is expanding our Creative Brand advertising capabilities, and we’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our growing team. As a Senior Copywriter, you’ll be responsible for developing smart, compelling, authentic and unexpected brand narratives that break through culture and capture audience attention. You’ll collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Motion teams, Strategists and other members of our team to create sharp, effective, and resonant work. You need to be comfortable and confident pitching new business, presenting ideas to clients, and crafting work that makes an impact at the highest level.

Bonus points if you’re part of an established creative team with a Sr. Art Director, but it’s not mandatory.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $95,000 - $115,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions.

You Will Be
  1. Concepting and writing big-idea, brand-building campaigns that span TV, CTV, digital video, social, and beyond.
  2. Working on various clients and projects simultaneously, as well as jumping in on new business pitches and internal projects as needed.
  3. Crafting sharp, engaging, and culturally relevant brand messaging that resonates with audiences.
  4. Collaborating with Art Directors, Designers, Motion teams, Producers and Strategists to push creative to its highest potential.
  5. Working in tandem with other agency partners across Media, Client Services and Project Management to ensure your work is on-track, on-brief and on-time.
  6. Pitching and selling creative ideas internally and externally to clients, from brand managers to CMOs, with clarity and confidence.
  7. Developing versatile, brand-specific copy that adapts seamlessly across platforms and formats across the entire funnel.
  8. Working closely with directors, editors, and production teams to ensure writing and storytelling come to life powerfully.
  9. Staying ahead of trends in marketing, culture, and brand voice, ensuring your work feels fresh, modern, topical and unexpected.
You Must Have
  1. 7+ years of experience as a Copywriter at a top creative agency on a variety of clients across multiple industries.
  2. A portfolio of award-winning, full-funnel, brand-driven work that demonstrates big-idea thinking, strong storytelling, and versatility across media.
  3. Strong experience thinking conceptually, writing in multiple formats, and developing multi-platform campaigns, from TV and CTV to digital, social, and everything in between.
  4. A self-starter mindset with the ability to build creative presentations that convey your ideas independently.
  5. A passion for culture, language, and crafting words that move people.
  6. Proven experience pitching and winning new business, as well as confidently presenting work internally and to clients.
  7. Hands-on production experience, including working with directors, editors, and producers to bring scripts to life.
  8. The ability to balance conceptual thinking with precision writing, ensuring both big ideas and small details are executed flawlessly.
  9. The ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment with no ego—just a drive to make big ideas and great work come to life.
  10. Confidence in presenting, sharing, and selling your work to clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  11. Proficiency in Google Suite of products.
  12. Experience identifying, briefing, and working with Paid Influencers and UGC creators.
