Job summary

Saineos Health in Westerville, OH is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead voice and messaging for healthcare campaigns. This onsite role focuses on shaping copy across brands while ensuring compliance and brand alignment.

You’ll own copy development end-to-end, mentor copywriters, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams through medical and legal review processes to deliver compelling, compliant promotional content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in an agency setting, including at least 6 years in pharmaceutical copy leadership.
• Exceptional skills in copywriting, storytelling, and communication.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and mentor creative talent.

Responsibilities

• Act as creative lead and owner of copy across assigned brands and campaigns.
• Partner with art directors on brand and concept development to build cohesive visual and verbal storytelling.
• Lead development of long‑form and short‑form content while maintaining brand tone, consistency, and regulatory compliance (MLR).
• Collaborate with UX, Tech, and CX teams to align messaging with user experience and platform requirements.
• Bring strategic input and creative leadership to client meetings and presentations.
• Participate in market research and message testing to refine promotional content.
• Mentor and manage copywriters, supporting a culture of creativity and collaboration.
