Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Westerville, OH seeks an Associate Creative Director, Copy to shape voice and messaging across healthcare campaigns. This onsite role leads copy strategy and delivers brand-aligned content for professionals and patients.

You will guide copy for brands, partner with art directors, and ensure messaging remains compliant and compelling across formats, while mentoring a team of copywriters.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of agency experience, including at least 6 years in pharmaceutical copy leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills; able to mentor creative talent.

Responsibilities

• Own copy for assigned brands and campaigns, serving as the creative lead for messaging.
• Lead long-form and short-form content while maintaining brand tone, consistency, and regulatory compliance (MLR).
• Partner with art directors on brand and concept development to support cohesive storytelling.
• Collaborate with UX, Tech, and CX teams to align content with user experience and platform requirements.
• Provide strategic creative input during client meetings and presentations.
• Mentor and manage copywriters, fostering creativity and collaboration.
